There were a lot of content requirements every month to support the marketing & sales teams. The client had a lean marketing team and was looking for a content partner.
OUTSMART first spent time understanding the business, their market, competitors and customers. We started delivering content in the first few months based on a content calendar that we created together.
We then put the brand assets together helping them design their brochures, fliers, emailers, corporate profile and customer personas.
When the client decided to go aggressive in the market, it was decided that digital was a key piece of marketing. This would be supported by events, round tables and sponsorships. The website was at the Centre of the new marketing plan and OUTSMART was engaged again to design and develop their new website.
Further, OUTSMART was also roped in to work with their product team to reduce implementation time and later with the Customer success team to retain and upsell to existing customers.
