About the client

Switch Board Manufacturing Company located in Bengaluru. Started in 2005, they have invested in complete in house facilities, with a team of qualified engineers using the latest software technologies, machineries for the design, manufacturing & testing of LT switchboards. Their panels are type tested as per IEC-61439 – 1 & 2 (Latest Edition) @ CPRI, Quality & specializing in the manufacture & supply of electrical low voltage switchboards, for the control distribution & monitoring of electrical power systems and DG sets.

The client was looking to expand to international markets, with specific focus on Middle East. To establish presence in the Middle east market, the client required a digital presence with updated company information. 

This involved website strategy, design, content and development. The new website had to align with the branding of the overall group companies.

Solution

OutSmart first spent time understanding the business, their middle east market, competitors and customers. Based on discussions with key stakeholders, we first developed a comprehensive website strategy document along with brand guidelines. 

The schedule of deliveries was prepared and phase wise roll-out was planned. The content, design and development team worked in parallel to deliver the website in record time, since the client had to launch the Middle east operations.
