The client is a German-headquartered European multinational company and the largest chemical manufacturer in the world. The organization comprises of subsidiaries and joint ventures in more than 80 countries and operates six integrated production sites and 390 other production sites in USA, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. They serve customers in over 190 countries and supply products to a wide variety of industries.

The client was looking to expand their digital presence and create thought leadership across several products and business lines. Content marketing was a huge focus in their marketing plan. To support their efforts, the client was looking for an agency to support them in building their content that included blogs and research articles.

OutSmart began the engagement by understanding the client’s objectives, challenges, internal processes, competitors and customers. Based on the discussions with key stakeholders, we set up critical processes for content development, approval levels and publish. We commenced with a pilot run and fine tuned the delivery process as the engagement progressed. 

The client had signed up with a leading media brand in a series of events to promote their core philosophy – Sustainability and Future. Our team of writers closely followed the company events to offer thrust to the campaign by way of research articles that covered various products and business lines –
