Having understood the requirement, we curated a team to meet the client’s requirement. This constituted content writers, editors, webmaster, SEO executive and a global coordinator, with a few resources deputed at client location.
After the initial orientation and familiarization with their existing softwares/applications, we worked with the client to put in place a library of SoPs, workflows and templates. Though a difficult roll-out initially, over a period of time with regular communication to the several global stakeholders, we had buy-in and helped streamline the activities of the various teams with the centralized OUTSMART team.
The engagement involved managing the global website of thousands of pages, the internal communication platforms, content creation, editing and SEO management. This was across their 16 business lines such as Robotics, Process Automation, Chemicals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Power, Smart Cities, etc.,

OUTSMART first spent time understanding the business, their market, competitors and customers. Based on several discussions with key stakeholders, we first developed a comprehensive content strategy document along with a monthly content calendar.
Since the customer catered to client across the globe, the communication on the website was critical. So we spent the first few weeks revamping the website content to ensure their global website visitors received the information they were looking for. Next, we built gated content to capture leads and started the lead generation engine.
When the client started participating in global events, we supported them with the required content assets for distribution at the event.
We had regular meetings with the in-house subject matter experts and technical teams to ideate on blog topics and the right presentation of technical aspects of their service and products.
