The Marketing Intern position at Outsmart Services offers a unique learning experience tailored to interns’ skills and interests. This opportunity provides comprehensive training and hands-on practice in diverse marketing areas. As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate closely with our team, contributing to content research and writing, video editing, attending client meetings, and supporting tasks like database building, campaign running, social media management, email marketing, and creating digital marketing reports. This internship will provide valuable insights into B2B marketing, expertise in essential marketing platforms, and campaign performance analysis. We prioritize interns’ growth by aligning tasks with their strengths and interests for optimal learning and excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

Content Research and Writing:

  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, industry trends, and target audiences.
  • Develop engaging and informative written content, such as blog posts, articles, etc.
  • Ensure content is well structured, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
  • Participate in client meetings to gain insight into their needs and provide valuable input.

Build contact database on HubSpot CRM:

  • Research and collect relevant contact information for potential leads and clients.
  • Input data into the HubSpot CRM system accurately and maintain data integrity.
  • Organise and categorise contacts based on predefined criteria.

Post on Social Media platforms (LinkedIn):

  • Assist in managing the company’s LinkedIn profile.
  • Create engaging and informative posts to share company updates, industry news, and thought leadership content.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on LinkedIn.

Post on Social Media platforms (LinkedIn):

  • Create visually appealing graphics and designs for social media posts.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content ideas.
  • Video production and editing, enabling the creation of captivating and immersive visual content for effective marketing campaigns

Email Marketing:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of email marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop email templates and content for various target segments.

Create digital marketing reports:

  • Compile data from various marketing channels, such as social media, email, and website analytics.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarising campaign performance and recommendations.
